1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

3. Contract Conclusion

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button. Confirmation will be sent by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory VAT. Additionally, shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed during the order process.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Deliveries usually take place within 3–7 business days.

6. Payment

Payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, Sofortüberweisung, WooPayments. The charge will be made immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

7. Right to Withdraw Consent

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, see [Right of Withdrawal Information].

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

9. Warranty

Statutory defect liability rights apply.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

11. Youth Protection:
The sale of alcoholic beverages is exclusively to persons of legal age. By submitting the order, the customer confirms to have reached the legally required minimum age. We reserve the right to perform an age verification and to conduct an age check upon delivery (e.g., through DHL age verification).

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Law.
